IP-TV UK respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK legislation, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to info@ip-tvuk.com containing: identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner; and your signature.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and notifying the relevant party.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice to info@ip-tvuk.com with the information required under the DMCA.
