7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All IP-TV UK subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription within the first seven days, contact our support team and we will process a full refund with no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period, contact us via WhatsApp (+44 7311 128276) or email (info@ip-tvuk.com) with your account details and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
Conditions
The 7-day guarantee applies to all subscription plans including monthly, quarterly, annual and lifetime plans. Refunds after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, particularly in cases of extended service disruption attributable to IP-TV UK.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for: (a) subscriptions terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service; (b) requests made after the 7-day guarantee period without extenuating circumstances; or (c) issues caused by the subscriber's own hardware, internet connection or device configuration.
