IP-TV UK provides an internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming service. Our service delivers live television channels and on-demand video content to subscribers via the internet. We do not guarantee specific channel availability, as channel rosters may change due to technical or licensing factors.

3. Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of their login credentials; (b) ensuring their internet connection is adequate for streaming; (c) using the service only on the number of simultaneous devices covered by their subscription; and (d) complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not: share your subscription credentials with persons outside your household; resell access to our service without an authorised reseller agreement; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any aspect of our platform; or use our service in a manner that violates applicable law.

5. Liability Limitation

IP-TV UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via the email or WhatsApp contact on their account. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
